Hi, I'm Kristen, founder of Ease Your Mind Concierge in Sherwood Park, AB. With over 19 years of administrative experience, a passion for helping others, and a knack for creating order out of chaos, I built this business to lighten the load for busy families and business owners.
Over the years, I've learned to embrace my ADHD and OCD. What once felt like challenges have become my greatest strengths. My attention to detail, love of organization, and ability to hyper-focus allow me to create calm, bring structure, and help others feel less overwhelmed.
As an animal lover and mom of two, I understand how quickly life's responsibilities can pile up and impact your well-being. Whether it's cleaning your home, organizing your space, running errands, or taking care of everyday tasks, my goal is simple: to give you back your time, reduce your stress, and help you focus on what matters most.
